Groups and Incentives
Are you trying to arrange travel for a group to attend the same conference in the same city on the same dates? – then organising them as a group is the most efficient way to do it. The advantages are numerous, everybody travels out together, so nobody (hopefully) misses the flight, seating on the aircraft is arranged in advance so your clients can be as close (or as far apart) as needs be. They all take the same transfer from the airport to the hotel so everybody can be pre checked in ahead of arrival. Restaurant reservations, transfers to/from the conference also flow much easier.
Sounds easy to do. In reality this never really seems to play out; somebody always needs to travel out the day before or after, needs to return earlier, doesn’t like the hotel they are staying in or wants to depart/arrive from a different city than the rest of the group.

We always seem to include Incentives in the same section as groups, as a lot of the time they go hand in hand. Bringing a group to attend a conference in a lot of cases can be considered an incentive, however that is not always the case.
